Educational Module in Workday - Preventing and Addressing Sexual Misconduct at Penn

This module reviews how Penn defines sexual misconduct and how faculty and staff can support members of our community who may have been impacted by sexual misconduct. It is intended to provide a clearer understanding of the University’s Sexual Misconduct Policy and the various campus resources available to respond to sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, or consensual relationships in the workplace or educational setting that pose a conflict of interest. The module explains which resources are confidential and which ones are required to make a report to the Associate Vice President for Equity and Title IX Officer when a disclosure of  sexual misconduct is made to them. This module also serves as a refresher that can be revisited in its entirety or referred to as needed.
