The Office of the AVP for Equity and Title IX Officer is the central intake point for all reports and complaints under the University’s Sexual Misconduct Policy. The AVP-Title IX Officer oversees the investigation of complaints and other resolutions of reports to the University.

Confidential Consultation for Support and Options Counseling

For members of the Penn community who are not ready to make a formal report to the University, confidential resources are available to provide support, advice, and options counseling to those impacted by sexual misconduct. (Penn’s confidential resource offices are not required to disclose information provided to them to the Office of the AVP for Equity and Title IX Officer.) 

In addition to campus resources, there are confidential resources not affiliated with Penn that provide support and assistance to those impacted by sexual misconduct.
